Kathy Mason
,
Kathy is owner and co-founder of Pets, Plants & Polish.Kathy has been a dog, cat and horse owner and rescuer most of her life. She has lived and worked on farms in Virginia, was a volunteer with the Arizona Humane Society, and was on the Board of Directors for the Valley’s Hope Emergency Animal Rescue. After retiring from her 25-year career directing healthcare sales and service teams in 2010, Kathy now works full-time as a pet sitter and plant/home care provider for Pets, Plants & Polish.Originally from northern Virginia, Kathy has lived in the Valley since 1989 and is a Valley homeowner residing in north Phoenix with her rescue dog, Oreo. Kathy’s home is one of the company’s beautiful, fun-filled Critter Camp locations.

SusanAngie F
Angie is a part-time pet sitter with Pets, Plants & Polish.   Angie started rescuing stray and injured animals as a young girl and continued this passion over the years as a volunteer with several animal rescue organizations in Wisconsin and Arizona.

Angie received her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences (Ecology & Organismal Biology) from Arizona State University and moved to the state of Washington to become a certified professional zookeeper where she worked and played with some of the most amazing animals (including lions and tigers and bears…oh my!!) and learned so many things from her close interaction with the animal kingdom. Now back in Arizona, Angie also works for a health and wellness company combined her enjoyment of writing with her love of animals as a volunteer writer for the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center in Scottsdale.  Angie lives in the Valley with her rescue cat, Moby, and her chinchilla, Chile.

1Kathie B, Kathie is a fulltime pet and home care provider with Pets, Plants & Polish. Kathie has owned and cared for animals her whole life. Her greatest pet companion was her beloved Yorkie-Poo, Linus, who passed away in 2013 after 16 years. Originally from the Chicago area, Kathie has been a Valley resident since 1973. She recently retired from a major airline company and now has lots of time and love to devote to the wonderful Pets, Plants & Polish animals. Kathie is a Valley homeowner residing in north Phoenix and she shares her time with her children and grandchildren and enjoys watching and attending baseball games. Kathie’s home is one of the company’s beautiful, fun-filled Critter Camp locations.

Shairon P, Shairon is a full-time pet sitter with Pets, Plants & Polish. Born in Australia and raised in Asia, Shairon has lived in the Scottsdale area since 2007. In addition to being a lifelong dog and cat owner, Shairon has been an avid horse rider & competitor since she was 7 years old and is a former historic race car driver. Shairon also runs a luxury vacation/corporate home that she designed & built to L.E.E.D Platinum Certification and is involved in interior design/home staging. She currently lives in Scottsdale with her rescue dog, Jack.

Paige C, Paige is a part-time pet sitter with Pets, Plants & Polish. Born in New York, Paige moved to Scottsdale when she was a baby and has lived here since. Paige attended Arizona State University and graduated with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Applied Business Data Analytics and Communication. She works full time for Pop-A-Lock Locksmiths as their Senior Customer Service Rep. As a lifelong pet owner and animal lover, Paige has a passion for interacting with animals and showing them care and affection when their owners are away. She currently lives in Phoenix with her rescue cat, Jax.

Lee S, Lee is a part-time pet sitter with Pets, Plants & Polish. She has lived in the Valley for more than 40 years. Lee has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2005 and a health/wellness coach since 2012, including years with the Wellness Council of Arizona and served as a member of the Glendale Community College Health and Wellness Advisory Board. Lee owns and operates her organic gardening and nutrition education company (“Veg Up Get Dirty”) which works with clients to create backyard organic gardens and provide on-going gardening services. Lee currently lives in Phoenix with her rescue cats Sugar and Solo, rescue dog Caboose, rescue Koi and 18 chickens. company’s beautiful, fun-filled Critter Camp locations.



Amanda B
Amanda is the medical consultant for Pets, Plants & Polish and provides care for pets requiring specialized in-home services as well as training for other pet sitters in the company.  Amanda was born in Florida and lived in Virginia before becoming a fulltime resident of Arizona in 1989.  Raised in a house full of dogs, cats, and horses, she was actively involved in equestrian hunters/jumpers training and showing.  Amanda started her career in the veterinary field in 2007, was a Dean’s List graduate of Veterinary Science in 2012, and passed her state and national VTNE exams in 2013.  She has worked at a variety of animal hospitals and is currently a manager and Lead Tech at the Valley’s Blue Pearl emergency animal clinic.  Amanda also participates in the Canine Blood Heroes donation program, Valley Fever fundraising events, and activities promoting Pit Bull awareness/advocacy.  Amanda lives in Glendale with her son, fiancé, her rescue dogs and cat, and foster animals.

Miki G, Miki is co-founder of Pets, Plants & Polish. She has been an animal lover all her life adopting and rescuing a variety of dogs, cats, and birds over the years, and has also worked at a stable managing a team of polo ponies and helping out with riding classes. Miki enjoys helping animal rescue organizations and advocates for them whenever possible. She loves caring for the Pets, Plants & Polish clients as they become family so quickly! Originally from northern Virginia, Miki attended Florida State University on a track scholarship, majoring in criminology. She is an avid sports fan, loves all kinds of music believing song is good for the human and animal soul alike, and holds a Black Belt in Songham Tai Kwon Do. Miki moved to the Valley in 2002 and is currently a Phoenix homeowner residing in north Phoenix with her husband Mike, two sons, Paul and Bryan and her dog, Kandy.
